Termite Inspection
A full AS 3660.2-compliant visual and thermal inspection of the home, subfloor and roof void. You receive a detailed written report with photos, a risk assessment and a treatment recommendation. From $280.
Termite Treatment & Baiting
Exterra or Termidor treatment to eliminate an active colony, plus ongoing monitoring stations around the property. Carried out by QBCC-licensed timber pest inspectors.
Pre-Purchase Pest & Building Inspection
A combined pest and building inspection for buyers, turned around within 48 hours. Used by Brisbane conveyancers and buyers' agents before settlement.
Rodent Control
Bait stations, trapping and exclusion for rats and mice, with entry points sealed so they cannot get back in. Available for both homes and commercial sites.
Commercial Pest Management

They inspect the property, walk you through what they found and what they will use, then complete the work while telling you each step. Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use low-toxic products where suitable and give you clear drying and re-entry times before we start, so you know exactly when it is safe to be back in each treated area.
How long does the general treatment last?
The general pest treatment carries a written 12-month service guarantee. If covered pests return inside that period, we come back and re-treat at no extra cost.
How do I know if I have termites?
Common signs are mud tubes on walls or piers, hollow-sounding or bubbling skirting, and discarded wings. If you are unsure, book the AS 3660.2 inspection from $280 and you get a written report either way.
I've tried DIY sprays and they didn't work. What's different?
Supermarket sprays sit on the surface and miss the harbourage points. Our technicians inspect for the source first, then use professional-grade spray and gel that reaches where the pests actually live.
